Do you require uniforms?

You'll be given a hard hat and a brightly colored shirt for post-construction jobs. Beyond that, you can wear whatever you want.

Do you require that I have a car?

Ride-shares and public transportation are fine! We know you're capable of getting to the job site on time.

Will I work as part of a team?

Usually, you'll work with at least one other person. If you would rather go solo, just let us know.

Can I wear headphones while I work?

If you're working with someone else, we ask that wear only one side so you can communicate with your teammates. If you're working alone, you can wear both earbuds.

Will I get paid for travel time between assignments?

If the jobs are more than 10 minutes apart, then yes!

How will I know what to do at each job?

You'll receive lots of training and you'll have a checklist so you can feel confident you're getting everything done. We want you be able to take pride in the results of your work!

Can I work for Bozeman as my second job?

Of course! You can work as much or as little as you want—even if it changes from week to week.

When do paychecks arrive?

You'll be paid every other week.

Will I get tips?

Commercial cleaning jobs rarely offer tips. That's why we make sure you're paid a good hourly wage to begin with! We also give surprise performance bonuses.
